Camp

Camp was pretty good, we did lots of activities. My favourite activity would have to be abseiling, it was amazing! At first I thought I was going to die, but as soon as I started I loved it. I wasn't with any of my friends in my activity group which was a bit disappointing but it ended up being quite fun. When we went on the hydro slide I got to go with my friends which was great, I went with Georgia, Beccs and Brooke, we went so fast that we waked into the people in front of us...it hurt. Over all I had a good time and I would love to go back.

Camp 2011

In week 10 the year 8's of Pukekohe intermediate are going to be attending school camp(if wanting to). My class is going on the second camp so everyone is excited about it. We will be going for two nights, and everyone is very excited about it.

PINTV

It's the end of the 5th week now and I have been selected for PINTV the t.v station for Pukekohe Intermediate. We read the notices in front of the camera and the whole school watches us. I will be on once a week which will be good because I will get a break every now and then. I am quite excited about doing this and I hope I do well.

2011

So far 2011 is going pretty good, I am kind of enjoying it. We are in a new class but we are still a digital class and it is great. We are now doing wikis as well which are a new challenge for us. We have a new teacher and lots of new challenges. I would like to do well this year and complete everything that I want to complete.

Super Kid

Since week 8 room 23 has been doing activities for Super Kid. The activities that we do are 100m sprint, card making, creating a hat, baking a cake, home made gift, animation, 50 knowledge questions, 50 times tables, mintie wrapper rip and ice block suck. Super kid is a great way to end the year because it is so fun doing all the activities. The aim is to get the lowest score possible so if you come 1st in something you get 1 point and thats the best you can get. Whoever gets the lowest score and is also the winner they will win a super kid t-shirt with the logo on it. So far it has been really fun so I cant wait to do the next few activities.
